cowayhq.my is not the official Coway Malaysia website. All official customer data processing, verification, billing, installation, warranty, and service operations are handled exclusively by Coway (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.

Google does not receive your name or enquiry details in readable form through this process.

All customer verification, billing, installation, warranty, and service processes remain handled directly by Coway Malaysia.

Once your order is submitted, Coway Malaysia becomes the data user (as defined under the PDPA) responsible for:

  • installation scheduling;
  • billing and auto-debit;
  • warranty and maintenance;
  • cancellation and refunds; and
  • customer service.
